Rwanda’s greatest resource is our people and at our three class nursery school we plant and nourish seeds for a flourishing future. Our school is located on the campus of our Peace Center, and boasts a well-stocked library and a large outdoor space for playing and learning. Our teachers are trained in our resilience based approach that creates a loving environment for a community of friendship and learning.
Our Nursery School has three classrooms for children from age 3-6. Even the youngest of children have a head start at learning the basics while learning the most important lessons about friendship, family, and community
When children feel safe, loved and encouraged, that is when they learn best. Our approach focuses on love of family, friends and country through play, books, instruction and traditional Rwandan culture. Our entire approach is focused on creating trauma resilience, conflict prevention and self-sufficiency.
